2. Subscription Refunds

Monthly and annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider full or partial refunds if:

  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented use of the service.
  • You canceled within 48 hours of purchase without significant usage.
  • A billing error occurred due to our system.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To request a refund, please ensure the following:

  • Your request is made within 14 days of the charge date.
  • You provide your account email and transaction info.
  • Your use complies with our Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

Submit your refund request by emailing support@battleview.io with the subject “Refund Request – [Your Name]”. Include:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction date and amount
  • Reason for the refund request

5. Processing

Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension. We encourage contacting support first to resolve any issues.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of BattleView after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
